Gradual deconstruction. Loss of strength, loss of shine. I look for natural qualities in a material of glass again. I allow it time to gradually degrade into crystals and admit this defect in the material, just as it happens with volcanic glass. I move from deconstructing the shape to deconstructing the material. The adjustment is in the strong steel frames that hold the glass objects, reminiscent of an anthropocentric, industrial aesthetic.
